Zacharias

Angela Zacharias has served as the Director of Human Resources for ETC since 2005. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is trained in a variety of human resource-related areas including strategic planning, employee relations, recruiting and retention, benefits, and policy and procedure development and implementation. Her previous experience includes human resource-based consulting on an international level as well as training and education. Dr. Zacharias spent almost 10 years living abroad, speaks fluent Spanish, and uses a multicultural approach in her work. Her undergraduate degree in psychology as well as a Master's in applied linguistics add to her perspective. Dr. Zacharias also serves as adjunct faculty for on-line graduate degree programs, a subject matter expert for on-line course design and a webinar presenter for professional organizations and clients.
